This international workshop invites scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to critically explore the role of experimental research in advancing our understanding of consumer well-being. With a special emphasis on laboratory and field experiments, the workshop will examine how behavioral dynamics shape choices that influence physical and mental health (e.g., subjective well-being and psychological well-being), overall well-being (e.g., social well-being and societal well-being), and quality of life. We particularly encourage the participation of junior scholars and emerging researchers interested in discussing how experimental methods can shed light on the drivers and barriers to sustainable and health-promoting consumer behaviors. The aim of the workshop is to share, debate, and disseminate the latest research findings, foster collaboration across disciplines, and inspire new ideas to advance the study of consumer well-being through experimental methods.
