How to get there
- From Central Station (Santa Maria Novella): Take tram line 2 towards ‘Peretola Aeroporto’ and get off at ‘San Donato - Università’.
- From Airport - Peretola: Take tram line 2 towards ‘Unità’ and get off at ‘San Donato - Università’.
- You are about 5 minutes away from the venue.
- You can buy tram/bus tickets on board (tap and go).

You can connect to Eduroam using your institution's credentials

It is possible to connect to Firenze WiFi without a password.
Just click on ‘Surf Free/Free Internet’ in the window that opens after connecting.
Luggage storage
If you need to leave your luggage while the conference is in progress, we will have spaces where you can safely leave your belongings.
Outside conference hours, you can contact one of the many private companies that provide this service: a selection is highlighted in the map below. In many cases it is possible, and perhaps advisable, to book a space before going to the venue.
Taxi
There are various taxi driver cooperatives active in Florence. The city's taxis are white and can be contacted by phone or found at taxi stands (see the map below). The main cooperatives are:
